Our “French Style” fruits confits cake is made with all fresh ingredients, Fresh butter, fresh eggs, unbleached flour, hand-crafted and baked in our Pastry kitchen, this rich and dense cake contains a good amount of orange confites, bigarreaux cherries confites dark raisins and a splash of Jamaican Dark Rum for finish flavor. This cake is delicious with a cup of tea or a glass of chilled fresh milk.
