Our gift box of 18 assorted Madeleines is the perfect gift, The Madeleine is a traditional French Tea cake, heightened to celebrity by writer Marcel Proust. Distinguished by its Sea-shell-like shape and delicate cake-like texture.

This gift box contains 18 madeleines: 6 plain butter, 6 pistachio topped with crushed pistachio nuts, and 6 chocolate topped with cocoa nibs. Each Madeleine measures about 3" and weighs about 1 oz. each. Kept in the tin they will keep fresh and moist for a week.

Our Madeleines are hand-made in our Facility with fresh Eggs, Fresh Butter and Unbleached Flour
