We , the Chefs at Mad Mac take a great pride in handcrafting Mad Mac products, Our products are made fresh daily , however If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and to determine if a return of the merchandise is neccessary in order to receive an exchange / refund for your purchase please contact our customer service , : customerservice@MadMacNYC.com , or by phone : (973) 225.0930.
return the item within 2 weeks of purchase for an exchange, refund (with receipt) or merchandise credit.
- The following policies apply to all returns:
- Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
- Returns with a gift receipt, including gift-registry returns, will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit for the value indicated on the gift receipt.
- Returns without the original purchase receipt, including gift-registry returns, will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit at the current selling price.
- Only Merchandise will be refunded , not shipping cost
How to Return an Item or request a Refund:
Prior to return an item, please contact customer service at : customerservice@MadMacNYC.com, or by phone : (973) 225.0930 . For Food Items (Cakes, Madeleines, Macarons) please detail the reason of your unsatisfaction, we will try our best to accomodate your request.
- If you do not have your original invoice or gift receipt, please include a letter with your returned merchandise that includes the following information:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Order number
- Item name/description
- Reason for return
- Action to be taken (replacement or refund)
